Historic Seattle (as a public development authority—PDA) actively maintains properties within its portfolio while engaging in a variety of development projects throughout Seattle. Washington Hall is one of our active renovation projects. In accordance within the framework of the current and applicable sections of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) Title 39, Public Contracts and Indebtedness, Historic Seattle PDA relies upon the services provided by contractors, consultants and vendors. Request for Proposal (RFP) processes are used to obtain professional assistance. RFPs will be posted on this page when we seek certain services.
